1. Made-to-Order and Customized Items
All made-to-order and customized products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once your order has been confirmed and payment processed.
Each piece is handcrafted to your specific requirements, ensuring uniqueness and exclusivity — a hallmark of Mahogni’s design philosophy.
In exceptional cases where a return is approved, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases.
2. In-Stock Items
For in-stock, non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that delivery and installation fees are non-refundable, and physical stores do not accept returns for large furniture or special-order items.

3.Refund Process
In the rare event that a return is approved, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow adequate time for processing, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Delivery charges are refundable only in cases of manufacturing defects or transport-related damage.
4.Quality and Inspection
Every Mahogni product undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case promptly and offer an appropriate resolution — repair, replacement, or compensation — at our discretion.
5. Product Details and Variations
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and finishes displayed on our website are accurate.
Please note, however, that natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture are inherent to genuine materials and contribute to the authenticity of your piece.
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
