At Mahogni, we take great care to ensure that your bespoke furniture and home pieces are delivered to you safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism. We partner exclusively with trusted delivery service providers to guarantee a smooth and reliable shipping experience.
By completing a purchase with Mahogni, you consent to the sharing of your delivery details — including address and contact information — with our official logistics partners for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an estimated delivery window. Please note that this is an approximation — as our furniture is made to order, actual delivery times may vary depending on material availability, custom specifications, and production schedules.
Order processing typically takes up to 48 hours, subject to timely customer responses.
Once full payment is confirmed, delivery is generally scheduled within 72 hours, depending on your location and order type.
Threshold Delivery
For large or heavy items, Threshold Delivery is handled via freight services.
You will receive a call from our delivery partner to schedule your delivery appointment.
Items will be unloaded from the delivery vehicle and placed safely at your property’s threshold (e.g., ground floor, doorstep, or building entrance).
Products will remain in their protective packaging, as unpacking and assembly are not included in this service.
In the event of a failed or missed delivery, any associated redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.
Service Hours:
Threshold deliveries for furniture are available Saturday through Thursday, during regular business hours.
For residential addresses, items will be delivered to a secure area on your property, with a photo taken as proof of delivery.
For commercial addresses, delivery will be made to the loading dock or main entrance, and the customer will be contacted in advance to schedule a suitable time.
White Glove Delivery with Assembly
Experience the full Mahogni service with our premium White Glove Delivery.
Our professional team will:
Deliver your furniture to any room of your choice.
Unpack, assemble, and install your items with precision and care.
Remove all packaging materials and ensure your space is left clean and ready to enjoy.
Delivery appointments are scheduled during normal business hours, and you will receive advance notice of your available time slots.
Please note: White Glove Delivery with Assembly is not available for international shipments at this time.
Weekend & After-Hours Delivery
Weekend appointments, deliveries outside standard hours, or specific delivery time requests are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Rescheduling a confirmed delivery appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missing a scheduled delivery, may also result in extra handling charges.
