Terms of Service

1. General Conditions

1.1. These Conditions of Sale (“the Conditions”) apply to all contracts for the sale of goods and/or the supply of services entered into by Mahogni, registered in Egypt (“the Company”). These Conditions take precedence over and replace any terms proposed, referenced, or relied upon by either party during negotiations or subsequent dealings.

1.2. These Conditions apply to all Mahogni transactions — whether conducted online, in-store, or through any official Mahogni sales channel.

1.3. The terms outlined in the Product Specification Sheet (PSS), together with any mutually agreed Special Terms, form an integral part of these Conditions.

1.4. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client, superseding all prior agreements, communications, or representations. Any variation to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

1.5. This contract is governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian Law.

1.6. The Client must review and report any comments, discrepancies, or issues regarding the delivered products within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Goods

2.1. Product descriptions within quotations are provided for identification purposes only. Specifications may evolve in the PSS as mutually agreed during customization.

2.2. A 5%–10% variation may occur between the 3D render or digital design shown in the PSS and the final delivered product due to material and craftsmanship variations.

2.3. Any quotation or PSS issued by the Company remains valid for two (2) days only and may be subject to price adjustments thereafter.

3. Service Acknowledgement

3.1. By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions available on mahogni.com. This acknowledgment forms a binding part of the sales agreement.

3.2. Acceptance of the Product Specification Sheet (PSS) further signifies full acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.

4. Delivery

4.1. The Company will deliver goods to the Delivery Address provided, during standard working hours, using the delivery method of its choice. Where applicable, the Company will arrange installation as part of the service. The Client shall bear any delivery charges, which will be added to the total price. The Company reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

4.2. If a delivery date is specified, the Company will endeavor to meet it; however, delivery times are not guaranteed and shall not be considered of the essence of the contract.

4.3. Should the Client fail to receive the goods on the agreed date, the Client shall bear additional storage or warehouse handling fees. In cases of delay due to factors beyond the Company’s control, the delivery timeframe shall be reasonably extended.

4.4. Upon delivery, the Client must issue a Goods Received Note (GRN) confirming that the items received match the agreed specifications and quantities.

5. Price

5.1. Prices stated in quotations are based on the costs prevailing at the time of issue. Any cost increases resulting from design changes or Client-specific requirements will be charged to the Client.

5.2. If there is a material increase in production or material costs, the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

5.3. For orders where a 75% down payment has been received, prices are fixed and not subject to change. Where the down payment is less than 75%, significant increases in material costs exceeding 10% of the quoted price may result in adjusted pricing applied to the remaining balance.

6. Payment

6.1. Unless otherwise stated, a 75% non-refundable deposit is required upon order placement, with the remaining 25% payable prior to shipment or delivery.

6.2. Due to the custom-made nature of Mahogni’s products, all upfront payments are strictly non-refundable.

6.3. Should payment not be made by the due date, the Company reserves the right to withhold delivery and store the products until payment is settled in full.

7. Cancellation

7.1. Once production has begun or products have been delivered, the Client may not cancel or return items unless expressly agreed by the Company. If the Client fails to pay within two months of the due date, Mahogni reserves the right to cancel the contract and retain any deposits made.

7.2. Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
within 24 hours of order placement or delivery (as applicable). Requests received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for refund or cancellation.

7.3. Order modifications or design changes are only permitted within two (2) days of placing the order.

7.4. Orders canceled within three (3) days may, at the Company’s discretion, be eligible for a partial refund.

7.5. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or cheque within 14 working days of confirmation.

8. Refund and Returns Policy

8.1. Inspection Upon Delivery: Clients must inspect all received items within 24 hours of delivery and report any defects or inconsistencies immediately.

8.2. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order items, Mahogni does not accept returns or exchanges once production or installation has commenced.

8.3. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after confirmation and payment, except within the initial 24-hour window.

8.4. Refund Issuance: In rare, approved cases, refunds for custom orders will be issued as store credit valid indefinitely.

8.5. In-Stock Items: Clients may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for in-stock, uncustomized items, provided the product remains unused and is accompanied by proof of purchase.

8.6. Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Refunds are processed as a cheque or store credit within 14 working days.

  • Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

8.7. Eligible for Exchange/Refund:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Products in original packaging and condition.

  • Products matching website specifications.

8.8. Not Eligible for Exchange/Refund:

  • Customized or altered designs, dimensions, or finishes.

  • Fully bespoke products.

  • Discounted or promotional items.

9. Manufacturing Time Frame

9.1. Standard production timelines range between 40–65 working days. Mahogni reserves the right to deliver up to 21 days beyond the originally agreed delivery date.

9.2. Requested samples pause the production timeline until written confirmation is received.

10. Warranty

10.1. All Mahogni products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty is void in cases of misuse or failure to follow product care guidelines as outlined on our website.
